Privacy Policy

How HomeStride Mobility collects, uses, and protects your personal information. Last updated July 23, 2026.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit a form, request a quote, or book an assessment. This includes your name, email address, phone number, home address, and details about your mobility needs.

We may also collect certain technical information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This data is used solely to improve site performance and is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule assessments and installations, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and provide follow-up support after installation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with our installation technicians and equipment partners solely to fulfill your service request.

3. SMS/Text Messaging & Mobile Data

When you provide your mobile number and consent to SMS, we use it to send appointment confirmations, reminders, quote and installation follow-ups, and service updates. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The categories of information we share to fulfill your service request (e.g., with installation technicians or equipment partners) specifically exclude your SMS opt-in data and consent.

For full messaging terms, see our SMS Terms of Service.

4. New Jersey Privacy Act Compliance

HomeStride complies with the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) and all applicable New Jersey consumer privacy laws. As a New Jersey-based business serving NJ residents, we take our obligations under state law seriously.

Under the NJDPA, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal data (we do not sell data).

5. Data Security

All form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Access to customer data is restricted to HomeStride staff members who need it to fulfill service requests. We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use cookies to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as described under "Third-Party Services" below.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to submit forms or book appointments on our site.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics for aggregate website traffic analysis and scheduling software for appointment management. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure how well our advertising works — for example, recording that a form was submitted after an ad was viewed. These services have their own privacy policies and are subject to their own terms.

Beyond the measurement tools described above, we do not sell your information to advertising networks or data brokers. Your SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, including these services.

8. Contact & Your Rights

To exercise any of your privacy rights, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your information, please contact us at privacy@homestridemobility.com or call (551) 390-8071.

We will respond to all verified privacy requests within 45 days as required by New Jersey law. There is no charge for submitting a privacy rights request.
